For the last year I have been working with the amazing team at Anthropologie on a few collaborations! One of the first ones just came out today and I couldn't be more thrilled to announce it. You can find the "Evenings and Quito" dinnerware set here! I think they did a pretty great job taking my paintings from 2D to 3D. The collection included 2 platters, a pitcher, a teacup and saucer, as well as a dinner plate and a bowl.

I love how they included my logo on the back of each piece!

New Painting

"Cormorants on Somes Sound, Bar Harbor"

This painting was inspired by a camping trip I took last summer to Bar Harbor.  Jeremy and I kayaked along the Somes Sound. The shore is so beautiful here. The forest of its emerald green pines and conifers reflect onto the water making it to a beautiful emerald green color. We would find clusters of cormorants (and seagulls) all along the shores and little peninsulas that jutted out. A magical place indeed. This painting is done with watercolor, gouache, and acrylic on canvas measuring 16" x 18". For more details you can see it here in my shop.
